Indiana Biomedical 31st Annual Conference - Additional Sponsorship Sign Up

Registration

  • Sponsorship for break tables providing refreshments
  • Sponsorship for Happy Hour and Business meeting
  • Sponsor will give away IPAD during vendor Fair and mention their sponsorship booth location. $500
  • Sponsor will introduce the keynote speaker and mention their sponsorship & their booth location if applicable. $750
    Key note speaker: TBD
  • The goal of this sponsorship is to bring more to the vendors and members. The Indiana Biomedical Society would like to add Contact information to QR codes for vendor scan functionality. Also the Kiosk badge print stations will be possible with this sponsorship.
    Sponsors will have their company name placed on each badge.
  • Scholarships are awarded to universities during conference luncheon.
  • The IBS presents the professional of the year award. This award will be presented during the conference luncheon. Sponsor will assist with presenting the award to the recipient.
  • Sponsor will introduce educational session and mention their sponsorship and booth location if applicable. $750
  • SWAG bags to be given out during registration to all attendees, vendor is asked to provide bags: $750.
  • Sponsor will give away TV during vendor Fair and mention their sponsorship booth location. $500

  • ·         Phil Diehl Scholarship: Awarded to healthcare engineering technology programs general scholarship fund. Recipients include a student from IUPUI and Vincennes University. $1500
  • ·         Professional of the Year Award: Awarded to an outstanding HTM professional who has demonstrated dedication to the field of HTM. $500 Award will have sponsors name on it and also is presented by the sponsor.
  • ·         Break Station Sponsor: Sponsor will be mentioned in email communication of event and during the event. $1000                  
  • ·         Session Sponsor: Sponsor will introduce educational session and mention their sponsorship and booth location if applicable. $750
  • ·         Keynote Sponsor: Sponsor will introduce the Keynote Speaker and mention their sponsorship and booth location if applicable. $750
  • ·         TV Giveaway Sponsor: Sponsor will give away TV during vendor Fair and mention their sponsorship and booth location if applicable. $500
  • ·         IPAD Giveaway Sponsor: Sponsor will give away IPAD during vendor Fair and mention their sponsorship and booth location if applicable. $500
